Do I need to connect my bank?
No bank connection is needed for file imports. Upload a PDF, CSV or Excel file, or add records manually.
Does AI save transactions automatically?
You review the extracted transactions and balances before completing an import. AI can make mistakes, so check amounts, dates and accounts against your source.
Will AI recognize my custom categories?
Yes. AI uses your existing categories and subcategories when analyzing an import, including names you have created or changed. It suggests matches where the connection is clear. Review those suggestions and choose a category yourself where needed. You can also apply your own labels during review.
Can I take my records with me?
You can export transactions, accounts and balances as CSV or JSON. Transaction exports follow your selected filters.
What are AI units?
AI units measure the work used to analyze your files. Larger or more complex files can use more units. Your subscription screen shows the allowance available and usage for the month.
